Registration for the Riga Rogaining is Open with the start at the shopping mall "Riga Plaza"
This time organizers of the Riga Rogaining are coming out with several new qualities of the event. The map, distance and interesting check point planning will be done by rogaining professionals Aivars Žogla and Valters Kaminskis, who are part of team, organizing World Rogaining Championship, which will take place in Latvia, Razna, in 2017.
This time as usual it will be possible to participate in 2, 4 and 6 hour distances, however kids under 12 years old will be able to to Children Walk with the Bear, Squirrel, and Hare. New category - Rogaining for Companies - teams with three participants compete in 2 hour distance. Every finisher will receive a medal, warm lunch, special photo frame with company's logo and employee's names, as well as personalised race number with company's logo. Another cool thing - first time in rogaining competition in Latvia every finisher will receive a special design event medal. Participation fee also includes race SI cards, map production, wristbands, race number, pins, storage room, water and sports drinks during the race, warm lunch and drinks, souvenirs, medical assistance, prizes for winners and other organisational expenses.
Riga Rogaining Standings! The result will be combined in a common standings for the teams that participated in spring Riga Rogaining race, too. In order to qualify for that, the team must participate with the same identical team name, however it can have different participants in any distance. 6 teams that will have the most points combined will receive prizes regardless of the chosen distance or group.
