Riga Summer Rogaining WILL GO AHEAD! Start on 20 June at the Congress House

According to the officially published information, as well as the information obtained from unofficial but reliable sources about Riga Summer rogaining - it WILL HAPPEN on June 20 as planned, and not one, but even 3-4 separate Riga Rogaining with separate start times for each of the distances (up to 300 participants in each), also respecting mutual distancing and hygiene requirements. Looking back at the previous rogainings, we will surely be able to fulfill this limit even in the most numerous 4h and 6h distances.

But note several important changes:

• The deadline for the reduced entry fee has been extended until June 14. Please do not postpone the registration until the last moment.
• Race starts will be divided and separated by distance. The start times will still be clarified, but we can say that the time limit for the 6-hour distance will be 23:00.
• The competition center will be arranged a little differently: the start corridor will be wider and it will be possible to start in a certain time interval to exclude crowding. The start time will be fixed with the first mark at the Start checkpoint. In the competition center, hand sanitizers will be provided and 2 m distancing signs will be placed. More detailed information will be published on June 10.
• Several checkpoints will be marked with blue numbers and circles on the map. It will be a stage that any team can run in any order during their run, combining it into their route. We will award the winner of the speed stage, who will have passed these checkpoints the fastest.
