Olaine Rogaining registration opens on 1 February 2018

Olaine rogaining will take place on May 12, 2018 with the starting place of the competition at the usual Olaines Mežaparka stage. Also this time, Olaine's rogaining will call for different distances - individual 3h MTB bicycle rogaining, 8km rogaining run or 2, 4 and 6h rogaining in the classic format of 2-4 member teams.On the other hand, children are offered a rogaining walk with instructors, and until the week of the competition, any child can register for this distance for free.

The start of Rogaining will be given at the Olaines Mežaparka stage on Veselis Street 7. The first start is scheduled at 11:00 a.m. for participants of all running distances - for 2, 4 and 6-hour rogaining, Rogaining run and children's walk, but at At 11:15 a 3-hour MTB individual cycling race will start. Every race finisher will receive a commemorative medal.

On the day of the competition, participants will be able to park their cars on Jelgavas Street, close to the competition center. The orientation area of ​​Olaine rogaining will be varied - the competition map will include both the city of Olaine and natural areas with roads of different surfaces, trails, ditches and swamps, which will be in an even wider area on this rogaining map. Spring weather is expected to provide wetter racing conditions than before. Registration for the competition will be available on the website www.olainesrogainings.lv from February 1, 2018.The competition is offered by Olaine council, supported by sports nutrition Isostar.
